Civil Servants

If you are a UK civil servant you cannot apply directly for Access To Work. This was explained in the FAQs on our website. Don't worry if you missed that we will get you sorted.

  • We will issue you a refund. Just email us and we will issue the refund to you.
  • Contact the mental health support organisations for civil servants: Able Futures or Maximus
Employees applying for Access to Work

Only start completing our questionnaire below once you have the following information:

  • The name of the person in your workplace who will authorise payments for items and services funded by the support offer. (They're not contacted until the offer is determined).
  • The person's email address.
  • The person's phone number.

Save the credentials you just used to set up this account and simply Log In on this website again when you have the information to begin the questionnaire.

If you are a company director you can proceed with the questionnaire as you are not asked for this information.
